Outdoor Bootcamp

Get ready to move, sweat, and push your limits in this high energy, 45 minute outdoor bootcamp. You'll rotate through a series of stations featuring a variety of equipment - think kettlebells, boxes, dumbbells and more. Each station is designed to challenge different muscle groups, improve endurance, and keep things fresh. You'll work in timed intervals so you can go at your own pace while still getting a powerful, full body workout. All levels welcome - just bring your energy, wear your supportive athletic shoes, and I'll take care of the rest.

*4 person minimum.

Payment is based on a 4 option sliding scale with an $18 minimum drop in fee. All Outdoor Bootcamps are weather permitting and subject to cancellation.
