Outdoor Bootcamp

Join me for a 45 minute circuit style bootcamp.

Participants will be guided through a series of movements for a timed duration, focusing on total body strength and cardiovascular improvement.

Mats and athletic shoes required.

4 person minimum / 10 person maximum.
