Service Description

Get ready to move, sweat, and push your limits in this high energy, 45 minute outdoor bootcamp. You'll rotate through a series of stations featuring a variety of equipment - think kettlebells, boxes, dumbbells and more. Each station is designed to challenge different muscle groups, improve endurance, and keep things fresh. You'll work in timed intervals so you can go at your own pace while still getting a powerful, full body workout. All levels welcome - just bring your energy, wear your supportive athletic shoes, and I'll take care of the rest. *4 person minimum. Bootcamps are weather permitting and subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please do so no later than 2 hours prior to your class time. Classes cancelled within 2 hours of start time will result in loss of class.
