Service Description

60 minutes of one on one personal training. Clients will be guided through workouts tailored specifically to their needs and goals. Sessions can range from strength training, body weight, dynamic stretching, yoga, etc. *3 month minimum

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact Tarole Ann no later than 12 hours prior to your session time. Sessions cancelled within 12 hours of start time will result in loss of session.
