All you need is a pair of athletic shoes and some sort of hydration. Everything else will be set up when you arrive.
Please bring a yoga mat, some sort of hydration, and one to two pairs of light, freehand dumbbells (anywhere from 2 - 6 lbs). There will be a few sets on site to choose from if needed.
There are two options when it comes to booking your class - a single drop in or a five class package.
Drop ins are available based on a four tier sliding scale. You choose from four pricing options based on what works best for you.
A five class package offers a one time payment for five separate drop ins to use at your convenience.
Classes are currently held at the Dogwood Dell Amphitheater in Byrd Park. They are weather permitting and subject to cancellation. There is a four person minimum for class to be held.
At the moment, the only virtual service offered is personal training.
